Dear Mr Blair in his paſs [illegible] from Philadelphia was
Shipracked upon the Rocks thirty miles from Boſton in a
Snow Storme in the Knight — the Lord being marcyfull
they got on a small Naked Rock — their expoſed in Greatest
Distreſs and Danger for Seven Ourers, at Great Distance
from the Land, He tuk in So Much Salt water, that it
Gave Him the Bludy flux, But the Good God hath
so far Reſtored Him that he preached Laste Sabath
to Great exceptence — He Loſte all his Notes and
everything else, But his valuebel Life —
I hope and Long to See You — pray for us — and the
Old South people — if we Should fail to [illegible] Mr Blair
