I enclose for your information copies of two letters received from the Miners and Merchants Bank, Nome, also copy of statement in connection with the charter of the ’’Silver Wave”, as well as copy of a letter received from Mr. Crawford written just before he landed on Wrangel Island, all of which you will find self explanatory.
