Dear Taylor:
I like very much the type of the letterhead
so far as the name of the Company is concerned but I think in
your diagram you make my name too conspicuous. I suggest that
the letterhead should contain both your name and mine, and
possibly that of a secretary. I think the letterhead should
also contain one or the other of the following expressions,
"Head Office, Credit Foncier Building, Vancouver," or else
merely "Credit Foncier Building, Vancouver."
It occurs to me that when I go to England
I might want to cable you and that it would save money to havd
a cable address registered. If you have one already perhaps
that would do, or should the Stefansson Company have a separate one?
Should the cable address be on the letterhead?
I realize that if too many things are put
in the letterhead it will no longer look so neat or distinguished. Adopt as many of the above suggestions as you like.
If in doubt it is better to err in the direction of having
too little on the letterhead than too much.
Mr. A. J. Taylor,
614 Credit Foncier Building,
Vancouver, B. C., Canada.
