A. R. Crawford, Esq.,
Frye Hotel,
Seattle, WASH.
Dear Crawford,
I received your letter this morning from
Portland, and have placed it and the telegram in Mr.
Anderson's hands with instructions that he see Mr.
Sherman, the Observer, and endeavour to send all the
instruments you require to the Frye Hotel, Seattle.
In the meantime I am enclosing three letters that have been received for you. I shall be
glad if you will send us your mailing address from
time to time so that we will know where to forward
your mail.
I am particularly pleased that you are encouraged with prospects, and hope you have enjoyed
your visit to the Coast and that I shall have an opportunity of seeing you before you go North.
Yours sincerely,
^
AJ Taylor
