to Improve it I had a long and fatiguing Journey home
but through Divine goodness I am well and got along well
the former letters which the doctor wrote to Madam
Respecting the removal Dated August the 21
Came safe by Mr. Jones but the folks here
Not thinking to remove So Soon as they are now
Certified they therefore made no preparation for a
Removal the Last Letter the Doctor Wrote
dated 27 August came a little before I arrived
Which was the third and instant and Lengthness of time
from the date of the letter to the reception
of it retards our removal one week later than
the proposed time I have procured 3 boxes of —
Glass at Old Hadley it is 6 by 8 and no other
Is to be had Sir Cluer has got a barrel of rum
and a barrel of molasses a cog of Wine and half a
barrel of Sugar and Sundry other thing
the knives and forks were put into the box of books
Left at Nov 4: Exetor is very high in the instep
and Says he Wont go Without [illegible: Peggy] goes and all
His things [illegible: Polley] and Eleazar give Duty to their
father please to give my Love to Riply and
Except much Duty from myself
May be Brister is willing to Stay and is
able to Walk about With the use of a Staff
