Know all men by these presents that we Timothy Kimball
of Coventry in the County of Windham and Elisha Wales of Ashford
in Said County for a valuable Consideration
Received of Mr. Eleazar Wheelock of Lebanon in Said County
have given granted bargained and sold and by these presents
do fully freely and absolutely give grant bargain [illegible: sell] and
Confirm unto him the Said Eleazar Wheelock and to his
heirs and asſign for Ever a Certain negro man named
[illegible: Seppey] being the same which said Kimball bought of said
Wheelockthe 22nd day of April 1760 to have and to
hold the Said negro man to him the said Wheelock his
heirs etc. as a slave for Life against all Claims and
demands whatsoever as witness our hand, and seals this
27th day of October 1761
