every opportunity of Writing to you, and conversing
with you, though in a silent Language.—
But I had much rather converse with you Face to Face.
Dear Sir you can't imagine how much I want to see
you, and your Family. Though I expect to come and visit
you next Fall, if I have my Life and Health spared.— I am very
hearty at present, through divine goodness, except of
having little Cold. I like College as well as ever,
only I think it is too much confinement: because
I want to travel somewhere or other and get acquainted
with Mankind. For I don't see, as I am likely ever to learn
anything else, but the Languages and Sciences
Sir I must conclude with the desire of giving my
Duty to Madam Wheelock and kind Love to your
Children, and the same to the rest of your Family.
