Dear Mr. Goldman,

On the signature of the contract between us this day for the purchase by you of the shares in societe Tecla ltd and the London Tecla Gem Co Ltd I write to say that I will discharge the tax assesments in respect of the trading of each of such companies for the year 1925 at the rate of tax ruling for such year at the time when the assesment is received
It is a condition that any appeal from the respective assesments which Mr. Godsal may require shall be lodged and entrusted to my accountants & solicitors at my expense.
If when the respective assesments for 1925 are
received no additional assesment is expected they shall be considered as final for the purpose of this undertaking
