We write to say that you have explained to us that we should be
separately represented in regards to the contracts we are entering
into with Mr. Godsal & Mr. Goldman and that you feel you cannot
consistently act for both of us in regard thereto
In spite of such advice we on our part do not wish to take the
opinion of a solicitor & confirm that we are acting on our
own judgement independantly
