M.r Hayslop has shew'd us a Letter from S.Oacum an Indian Minister, seting fourth his great poverty and distreſs by reason thereof; Attending one from you, wherein you recom̅end the said Indian to the Charitably dispos'd. We now send you the inclos'd Eight pounds Lawfull Money, with a Vew to releave the distreſs of the said Indian Minister, and desire you would apply it accordingly. We apprehend you will be releav'd (with respect to what you are in arears for the Education of Indian Children) in some more publick way or we should have had your releife as much in vew as that of the said Indian Minister  We conclude with wishing you the Divinepresence, in your publick Ministery, & private instructions and asking your Prayers for our little private Society, that we may all know Jesus Christ, and be built up in him in the behalf and at the disire of the Society.
